Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be included
• All accessories and documentation must be returned
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or installed equipment
• Custom-ordered or modified items
• Consumable supplies (grit, polish, coolant) once opened
• Diamond blades that have been used
• Clearance or final sale items

1. Contact our customer service team at returns@hplapidary.com to request an RMA number
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
4. Ship the item to our returns facility (address provided with RMA)
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• For defective items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• Keep all original packaging for inspection
• We will arrange for replacement or full refund including shipping

Most HP Lapidary equipment is covered by a manufacturer's warranty:

• Slab saws and large machines: 1 year warranty
• Cabbing machines: 1 year warranty
• Rock tumblers: 90-day warranty
• Motors and electronics: 90-day warranty
• Consumables and wear items: No warranty

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from improper operation.
