1-Year Limited Warranty

All Lapidary Equipment Co machines come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This covers all structural components, arbors, and motor assemblies.

What is Not Covered

• Consumable items such as diamond blades, grinding wheels, polishing pads, and belts.
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.

Making a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will work diligently to repair or replace the defective component and get you back to cutting as quickly as possible.
