Shipping Policy

We ship our heavy-duty equipment worldwide. Due to the industrial nature of our machines, many items are shipped via freight. Processing times typically range from 2 to 5 business days for in-stock items. Custom builds or out-of-stock items will have specific lead times communicated at checkout.

Freight Shipments

For large saws and equipment, a liftgate service is often required unless you have a commercial loading dock. Please ensure your shipping address can accommodate large freight trucks.

Returns Policy

We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return standard items within 30 days of delivery. Equipment must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Note: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to heavy equipment, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.
